Disability Services
Our disability navigation services assist people with an NDIS Plan to get the best out of the NDIS, government, and community-funded services by providing support to understand and navigate these complex systems. We do this by assisting our clients to interact and connect with services, lower barriers to a good life, and support during funding assessments. We particularly specialise in supporting people with complex interrelated disability and health support needs. Our disability navigators work as Support Coordinators and Financial Administrators (also known as Plan Managers).

Struggling to pay your court fines or infringment notices due to hardship?
Avenues Australia is an approved Work and Development Permit (WDP) sponsor, as recognised by the Department of Justice's Register of Approved Sponsors. You may be able to reduce or clear your fines if you are eligible for a WDP and access some of our eligible services.
