Join our Mental Health Manager - a certified Art Therapist - and our team of Recovery Coaches for relaxed, no-talent-needed, art therapy during Mental Health Week.

The theme of Mental Health Week 2021 is "Mental Health Starts with our Children". We will be exploring things that brought us joy as children, and how we can reincorporate some of that joy into our lives.
