Avenues Australia is a Human Services organisation specialising in supporting people with highly complex and interrelated health, disability, mental health and aged care support needs. We provide navigational services to National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and My Aged Care Home Care Package recipients. By staying focused on navigation and administrative services, we support our clients to effectively orientate complex and fragmented service systems. We act as your primary service provider by helping you understand the system and exercise informed decision-making to enable choice and control.
